Rental Requirements

To ensure a smooth, safe, and secure rental experience, please review the following requirements before making your reservation.

Driver Eligibility

The renter and driver must:

  • Be at least 21 years old.
  • Hold a valid driver's license with at least one (1) year of driving experience.
  • International visitors may use a valid foreign driver's license in accordance with Philippine regulations. An International Driving Permit (IDP) may be required for certain nationalities or extended stays.

Required Documents

Before the vehicle can be released, please provide:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Two (2) valid government-issued IDs
  • Proof of billing or proof of address
  • Active mobile number and email address
  • Signed Rental Agreement

Additional documents may be requested when necessary for verification.

Booking & Verification

To protect both our customers and our business, all reservations are subject to identity verification.

Verification may include:

  • Confirmation of personal information
  • Verification of submitted documents
  • Contact verification

Reservations are confirmed only after all required documents have been reviewed and approved.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required depending on:

  • Vehicle category
  • Rental duration
  • Payment method
  • Driver eligibility
  • Booking profile

The applicable security deposit, if any, will be communicated before your reservation is confirmed.

Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Cards
  • GCash
  • Maya
  • Bank Transfer
  • Cash (subject to approval)

Full payment or the required reservation fee must be completed before the vehicle is released.

Vehicle Release

Vehicles will be released only after:

  • All required documents have been submitted and approved.
  • Payment requirements have been completed.
  • The Rental Agreement has been signed.

Airport and hotel delivery are available upon request.

Foreign Visitors

We welcome travelers from around the world.

Foreign renters must present:

  • Valid passport
  • Valid driver's license
  • Additional identification, if required
