Welcome to Car Rent Manila PH. By accessing our website, making a reservation, or using our vehicle rental services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

1. Reservations

All reservations are subject to vehicle availability and successful verification of the renter's information. A booking is considered confirmed only after the required payment, documentation, and approval have been completed by Car Rent Manila PH.

2. Driver Eligibility

Only the approved driver(s) listed in the Rental Agreement are permitted to operate the vehicle.

The renter must satisfy all eligibility requirements, including the required driver's license and identification, as outlined on our Rental Requirements page.

3. Vehicle Use

The rented vehicle must be used responsibly, safely, and only for lawful purposes.

The vehicle must not be used for:

  • Illegal or criminal activities
  • Racing, drifting, or speed competitions
  • Off-road driving unless specifically authorized
  • Driver training or driving lessons
  • Towing another vehicle without prior written approval
  • Transporting hazardous, illegal, or prohibited materials
  • Ride-hailing, transport network services, or commercial transport unless expressly approved by Car Rent Manila PH

The renter is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is operated safely and in accordance with Philippine traffic laws at all times.

4. Vehicle Care

The renter agrees to take proper care of the vehicle and return it in substantially the same condition as when it was received, allowing for normal wear and tear.

The renter must immediately notify Car Rent Manila PH if the vehicle is involved in:

  • An accident
  • Mechanical failure
  • Theft or attempted theft
  • Any damage or incident affecting the vehicle

Repairs or modifications must not be performed without prior authorization from Car Rent Manila PH, except when immediate action is necessary to protect the safety of passengers or prevent further damage.

5. Fuel Policy

Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level provided at the start of the rental.

If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, the renter may be charged for refueling and any applicable service fees.

6. Traffic Violations

The renter is solely responsible for all:

  • Traffic violations
  • Parking fines
  • Toll charges
  • Traffic penalties
  • Government fees
  • Other expenses incurred during the rental period

Any unpaid charges that become the responsibility of Car Rent Manila PH may be billed to the renter.

7. Accidents & Emergencies

In the event of an accident or emergency, the renter should:

  1. Ensure the safety of all persons involved.
  2. Contact local authorities when required.
  3. Notify Car Rent Manila PH as soon as reasonably possible.
  4. Follow our instructions before arranging repairs, towing, or vehicle recovery whenever possible.

8. Rental Extensions

Requests to extend a rental period must be made before the scheduled return date and time.

Extensions are subject to vehicle availability and approval. Additional rental charges and updated rates may apply.

9. Late Return

Vehicles returned after the agreed return time may incur additional rental charges.

If you expect to be delayed, please contact Car Rent Manila PH as early as possible so we can assist you.

10. Liability

The renter is responsible for any loss, damage, or expenses resulting from:

  • Negligence
  • Misuse of the vehicle
  • Unauthorized drivers
  • Breach of these Terms & Conditions
  • Violation of Philippine laws

Liability shall be governed by the applicable Rental Agreement and Philippine law.

11. Right to Refuse or Cancel a Reservation

Car Rent Manila PH reserves the right to decline, cancel, or terminate any reservation if:

  • Required documents cannot be verified.
  • False, misleading, or incomplete information is provided.
  • Payment requirements are not satisfied.
  • The rental presents a legal, safety, or operational risk.
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent us from providing the reserved vehicle.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected during the reservation process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines.

13. Changes to These Terms

Car Rent Manila PH may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Any revisions become effective once published on this website and will apply to all new reservations made thereafter.
