Welcome to Car Rent Manila PH. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. Reservations
Reservations are subject to vehicle availability and successful verification of the renter's information. A booking is confirmed only after the required payment and documentation have been received and approved.
2. Driver Eligibility
Only the approved driver(s) listed in the Rental Agreement are authorized to operate the vehicle. The renter must meet all eligibility requirements outlined on our Rental Requirements page.
3. Vehicle Use
Our vehicles must be used responsibly and only for lawful purposes.
The vehicle must not be used for:
Illegal activities
Racing, drifting, or off-road driving
Driver training or driving lessons
Towing another vehicle without prior approval
Carrying hazardous or illegal materials
Commercial transport or ride-hailing services unless authorized
The renter is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is operated safely at all times.
4. Vehicle Care
The renter agrees to return the vehicle in substantially the same condition as it was received, excluding normal wear and tear.
Please notify us immediately if the vehicle experiences:
Mechanical issues
Damage
Theft or attempted theft
Any accident
Repairs must not be carried out without prior authorization from Car Rent Manila PH, except in emergencies where immediate action is necessary for safety.
5. Fuel Policy
Vehicles should be returned with the same fuel level as when released. Fuel charges may apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel than provided.
6. Traffic Violations
The renter is solely responsible for all traffic violations, parking fines, toll fees, penalties, and other charges incurred during the rental period.
7. Accidents & Emergencies
In the event of an accident:
Ensure everyone's safety.
Contact local authorities if required.
Notify Car Rent Manila PH as soon as possible.
Follow our instructions before arranging repairs or towing whenever possible.
8. Rental Extension
Rental extensions are subject to vehicle availability and must be requested before the scheduled return date and time. Additional charges will apply for approved extensions.
9. Late Return
Vehicles returned later than the agreed return time may be subject to additional rental charges. Please contact us in advance if you anticipate any delay.
10. Liability
The renter is responsible for any loss or damage resulting from negligence, misuse, unauthorized use, or violation of these Terms & Conditions, subject to the applicable Rental Agreement and Philippine laws.
11. Limitation of Service
Car Rent Manila PH reserves the right to decline, cancel, or terminate a reservation if:
Required documents cannot be verified.
False or misleading information is provided.
Payment requirements are not met.
The rental may pose a safety, legal, or operational risk.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected during the booking process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data privacy laws.
13. Changes to These Terms
Car Rent Manila PH may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice. The latest version published on this website shall apply to all new bookings.
