At Car Rent Manila PH, we understand that travel plans can change. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business.

Reservation Cancellation
If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible through our official communication channels.

Cancellation requests are subject to review based on the reservation status, payment made, and the scheduled rental date.

Reservation Fee
Reservation fees or booking deposits are generally non-refundable, as they secure the selected vehicle and reservation period.

However, we may consider refunds, credits, or rebooking options in certain situations at our sole discretion.

Rebooking
If your travel plans change, we will do our best to accommodate a new rental date, subject to vehicle availability and applicable rate adjustments.

No-Show Policy
A reservation may be considered a no-show if the customer fails to arrive or communicate with us within the agreed pickup schedule.

No-show reservations may result in the forfeiture of any reservation fee or deposit paid.

Early Return
No refunds or credits will be provided for unused rental days if the vehicle is returned earlier than the agreed rental period, unless otherwise approved by Car Rent Manila PH.

Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or credit card issuer.

Cancellation by Car Rent Manila PH
In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill a confirmed reservation due to circumstances beyond our control, we will make reasonable efforts to:
Provide a suitable replacement vehicle, if available
Reschedule the reservation
Issue a refund for any eligible payments made

Force Majeure
Car Rent Manila PH shall not be held liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Severe weather conditions
Government restrictions
Public emergencies
Civil disturbances
Other unforeseen events affecting vehicle availability or safe travel
